We confirm your booking by email with the address and your collection time.
Watch the short instruction video, add your drinks or mixture, and you're ready.
Return the machine in the condition you collected it and your deposit hold is released.
The full details are in our terms. Anything else, send us a message.
The Ninja Slushi Twist serves up to 15 people, with two flavours running at the same time. You bring your own drinks to pour in, and no ice is needed.
Yes. All our machines are kosher and the Slushi Twist is fully parev. The Creami comes with a milky mixture. To keep it that way, we only rent to people we can trust regarding kashrus.
By card when you book, taken securely through Stripe. The full rental is charged at booking, so there is nothing to pay at collection.
A £100 hold is placed on your card when you book. It is not taken from your account, and it is released once the machine comes back in good condition. Banks usually show the release within 1–5 business days.
From our address in Hendon, NW4, normally between 3pm and 7pm. The full address is sent by email once your booking is confirmed, and the machine comes back to the same place.
Machines go out in excellent condition and need to come back clean and in the same state. Damage must be paid for, and the deposit hold can be used to cover repairs or cleaning.
