When you make a booking, we collect:

• Any notes you provide
• Your chosen dates, machine, and payment method

We do not store payment card details. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — see Stripe's Privacy Policy. We do not use cookies or tracking scripts.

Why we collect it

We use your data solely to:

• Process and confirm your booking
• Send you booking confirmation and reminder emails
• Contact you about your rental if needed

We share your email address with Stripe solely to process your payment. We do not use your data for marketing or sell it to any other third parties.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 2 years for our own records, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
